Construction Timeline

  • Day 1: Mobilizing & Shaping: Shaped undulations using clean fill dirt, compacted base, spread and compacted aggregate.
  • Day 2: Base Build: Applied and leveled screenings for smoothness. Compacted base and removed creases. (Hand-unloaded 24,000 lbs of infill sand due to broken machinery).
  • Day 3: Cups & Turf Install: Cut and leveled cups, installed impact pad (essential for shot-holding as detailed in page-3192382), laid and seamed turf, began infill sand application with power brushing, and prepared tee box bases.
  • Day 4: Rolling & Fringe Turf: Completed infill sand application, rolled green, and shaped fringe turf.
