Project Details

• Scope: Transformed a dirt hill leading to a sea wall into a flat recreational lawn and fire pit area.
• Engineering: Excavated and constructed over 150 feet of retaining wall to level the sloped terrain.
• Surfacing: Laid a 12-foot-wide strip of synthetic turf, creating an outdoor space for relaxation, games like cornhole, and pets.
• Amenities: Crafted a custom fire pit overlooking the sound.
