grass365-denver designed and installed a custom backyard synthetic turf lawn and personal golf green in the Jackson Creek neighborhood of Monument, Colorado.

Project Highlights

• Location: Jackson Creek (Monument, CO)
• Features: Professional-grade backyard putting green integrated with synthetic grass landscaping
• Turf Technology: Premium turf built with high-performance SealTurf backing

Climate & Performance Challenges Solved

Monument sits at high elevation along the Front Range, experiencing severe winters and hot, dry summers. Typical yards easily transition from winter mud pits to dry, yellowed summer turf. This installation resolves these issues:

• Accelerated Snowmelt: The synthetic surface absorbs heat to melt snow faster than standard grass.
• High-Velocity Drainage: SealTurf backing ensures rapid drainage of liquid and snowmelt.
• All-Weather Aesthetics: Protects against harsh UV exposure and drought conditions, avoiding HOA fines.
