This project showcase highlights grass365-denver partnering with Make-A-Wish Colorado to install a beautiful backyard playground for a special Denver family.

Project Overview

• Location: Denver, CO
• Purpose: Create a safe, low-maintenance backyard play area for four children to enjoy year-round.
• System Used: Grass!365 synthetic turf with SealTurf backing.

Performance in Colorado Climate

Colorado's dry summers and freezing winters often turn natural sod into either a muddy pit or a yellow, crunchy surface. This residential installation addresses those regional pain points:

• Fast Snow Melt: Synthetic turf absorbs solar heat to melt snow faster than regular grass.
• Superior Drainage: SealTurf backing drains moisture quickly, keeping kids dry and mud-free.
• Playground Safety: Serves as a resilient landing area under playsets.
• Worry-Free Maintenance: Eliminates mowing and watering, offering peace of mind to busy caretakers.
