• Grading & Drainage: Balanced crucial foundation grading (directing water away from the home) with true-to-life slope playability. Added a custom-built ridge for realistic 10-foot putt practice.
• True Golf Ball Roll: Avoided standard short-nap "putt-putt" turf. Used a taller synthetic turf filled with sand infill to mimic the physics, speed, and feel of actual country club greens.
