Project Overview: Crestmoor, Denver

grass365-denver completed a residential backyard transformation in Denver's historic Crestmoor neighborhood. The project replaced a high-maintenance natural sod lawn with a low-maintenance, pet-friendly synthetic grass system that aligns with Denver's water conservation efforts and dry climate needs.

Material Specs & Installation Details

• Premium Turf System: Installed high-performance SealTuft synthetic turf, specified for its exceptionally realistic aesthetic, high-traffic durability, and strong UV resistance—critical for Denver's high-altitude sun exposure.
• Precision Base Preparation: Removed existing sod and engineered a stable, rapid-draining sub-base. Proper base construction prevents settling and handles heavy Colorado snowmelt and sudden summer downpours.
• Future-Proof Edging: Designed and installed clean landscape edging while intentionally leaving space for a future decorative rock bed. This allows the homeowner to expand their xeriscaping or garden borders down the road without disturbing the synthetic lawn.
