The [[page-3192526|Savannah Country Day Artificial Grass]] project was a collaboration between Savannah Grass!365 and Savannah Country Day School to install an artificial turf lawn in front of the Upper School.

Background

The area was previously a natural grass lawn where Upper School students gathered between classes for games (such as Spike Ball and Corn Hole). Over time, the heavy traffic caused the lawn to deteriorate into dirt.

Solution & Installation

Savannah Grass!365 implemented several upgrades:

• Space Reconfiguration: Reshaped and leveled the gathering area.
• Drainage Improvement: Upgraded drainage systems for better water management.
• Turf Selection: Installed Tan73 Lowcountry Turf, which incorporates tan tones designed to blend with the coastal landscapes of Savannah and Hilton Head.

The resulting durable, maintenance-free area serves as a year-round socializing and play space.
